Welcome to 5-1! I am so very glad that you will be learning and growing with me this year.
The fifth grade will be full of exciting new things and I know you will enjoy it!

Meet Ms. Jimenez :
I am so very excited to be your fifth grade teacher!! I am a happy, go-lucky kind of person and I truly enjoy what I do. I am 28 years old and I have been working with kids since I was 18. I graduated from San Francisco State and moved to San Mateo over a year ago. I grew up in a family of four; I have an older brother, who is 30. He and I both love the San Francisco 49ers and I am a HUGE Giants fan! I love being outdoors and cooking for my friends. I also love hanging out with my five godkids and my little cousins! (You'll hear a lot about them throughtout the school year).

To give children the education they need to grow academically, as good citizens and active catholics. I strive to provide a quality educational program that motivates and challenges each student, while providing for individual needs.
